japanese punk and ska rules,
By A Customer
This review is from: PLEEEEZ WHO ARE YOU? (Audio CD)
although japanese punk and ska gets no recognition, there are many talented bands. i live in japan because my dad works here for the navy and i have been to many shows and seen several bands. i have seen nicotine, potshot, xarts, young punch, sipmoc, no end why, sholder hopper, scafull king, and snail ramp. all of the bands were great but xarts was incredible. they play punk with a little bit of ska and there shows are very energetic and exiting. it pisses me off that they dont sell many japanese cds on this website. you guys need to get them because i know that many people will buy them if they ever hear them. kemuri is also great

another ska band from the Orient,
By A Customer
This review is from: Pleeeeeeez! Who are you? (Audio CD)
I have heard many different types of ska that is produced by bands from the Orient such as the Chinkees, Potshot, and this new band called Nicotine. I have only heard one song by them, which was "Howie Mobile" and it was great. I would recommend this CD to a person who like ska that is very up-beat and has great melodies. I might even get the CD. Try to buy your favorite ska CD's off here, Amazon, or at your local indie stores. The big-chain stores rip you off. Peace and Unity.
