Chances are, if you're shopping around these nether parts of the book store, you are looking for some TRUTH. This book may or may not speak your language, but it is the REAL THING. If you feel a calling to investigate your origens, deeper and divine self, and unconditional love this book will not let you down. There are meditations to do and work to be done. This is, as it's title states, a workbook. If you decide to take the big step into your higher self by cleaning out old and foreign energies, this book will be a wonderful teacher. I have been using the meditations for about two weeks now and have already noticed dramatic changes.

Like most books of this nature, if it is attractive to you, then it is meant for you. This is how we remember what we already know. This is how we rediscover our own and universal truth. Happy Travels...

The meditations are life changing!

This book has many wonderful techniques that you can use for clearing your energy field. Some of them are gentle and others can be really intense, but you are given step-by-step instructions for each exercise as well as a description of what each one does.

Though the workbook is based on theories of space beings who are contacting us to help humanity evolve, you can still make use of the techniques whether or not you believe in Pleiadians or Sirians. Every exercise is designed so that you can call on any deities or angels that you wish. You do not have to call on anyone in particular if you do not wish.

The thing that I love about these exercises is that I can take any parts out which don't follow my belief systems. The book is written in such a way that you have the freedom to take whatever you need from it and leave the rest.

With this book, you can teach yourself how to ground, how to balance your mental, emotional and spiritual systems, how to clear your environment or your aura of parasitic energies or discordant energies, or release old, inauthentic beliefs that don't serve you anymore. You can also cut psychic cords with people and things that are pulling on your energy.

I will say that the book probably works best when you have the time and patience to do at least one exercise a day or several times a week. I feel I should also say that when you first start doing these exercises, you may find yourself going through a clearing period afterward. Every person is different and will react to the exercises in their own way, but I found that when doing chamber sessions, I tend to feel disoriented and slightly emotional the next day, but on the second day, I feel great.

My advice would be to either build up from the beginning and go through the book step by step as Amorah suggests, or if you prefer to skip ahead, to test things out and see how you react to different exercises so you'll know which ones relax you and which ones create an intense clearing process. If an exercise is too stimulating, you may not want to do it near an important event like a job interview or presentation. Or, you may benefit from doing it several days before the event so that you clear your aura, but you've already gone through the reaction process. I am very sensitive to energy, so when I do the exercises, I have to allow for an extra day of clearing afterward.

Oh, I feel I should also mention that the exercises are written in such a way that if you have a tape recorder or a friend who is willing to read out loud to you, you can meditate and visualize without having to open your eyes to read the book or to memorize the whole session beforehand.

Amorah also has a second book which has some great techniques in it. The Tantric Workbook seems more intense so it's probably a good idea to start with this book first. I've noticed the effects of exercises from the Tantric book pretty much right away, but I think doing regular energy work or doing the Pleidian Workbook frequently helps to prepare your system for the new techniques.

Amorah writes with loving prose, methods of accelerated spiritual growth, involving the solicitation of healers from another world exclusively of the Light. Compared to other Pleiadian books, you'll find this to be gentle and very pragmatic. I recomend this to anyone in alternative healing, either to others or unto themselves, and to anyone who is open minded about Christ. This will change your life and draw you into affection for our gifted brothers and sisters from the Pleiades who have come to heal, not only as spiritual doctors, but as guides to our own paths of empowerment.

This book is an excellent source for techniques to master one self and prepare for self-realization, enlightenment, and personal and planetary ascension. I recommend it enthusiastically! The Pleiadians are incredibly loving and accessable.

I have tested and tasted many different approaches to the New Age of Enlightenment and this along with it's follow up, Pleiadian Tantric Workbook, is the best I could find when it comes to a sound, effective method for releasing old pain and other blocked energy and to introduce and integrate new energies and ways of meeting life and vibrate at a higher level with a loving approach. I can feel the love and compassion from the Pleiadians when they join me in the various processes, initiations and healings. You get the large wiew described in a juicy and poetic language along with how to grow and why. You are introduced to a special kind of healing chamber whith a large number of variations. This might be your portal to extatic and peaceful living!

I can also warmly recomend Barbara Marciniacs channeled material. These books merge from the same source and hold a fascinating wiew on life and the Universe(s). Combine and get great results!

This book is a wonderful guide. I have spread the information to so many people! Anyone who is spiritual feels the negativity arising in our world. This book is a light to help us become more aware. Absolutely amazing, truthful and informative. Highly recommended.

I hesitated picking up this book. It took me a couple of months to finally purchase it. After purchasing the book, I tore through the first 5 chapters in a couple of hours. Not only did the book excite me, it also challenged me to look at myself and my life in a new light: a life where I am 100% responsible for every thought word and action. Amorah acknowledges the power of our thoughts to create our reality, therefore, positive, non-judgemental thinking is the first step into the creation of a fulfilling and elightened life. This book invites the reader to become one with his/her higher conciousness, which leads to accelerated healing and growth in one's life. Amorah Quan Yin is gentle and loving, never assigning judgements or criticisms to other forms of belief from an "I'm RIGHT, You're WRONG" perspective. I loved the book, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to accelerate their spiritual growth.

I was guided to this book when it was released. It had just arrived in my bookstore but I did not know about it. The way I was guided to it was as follows: I woke up and the thought came to me "today I am going to my bookstore and find out what is new" and so I did. When I entered the bookstore I saw a bookshelf with new arrivals. Above the bookshelf in the air I saw what I would describe as a diamond. My eyes were drawn to this book. I picked it up, read the title and my reaction was "what nonsense are they going to write about next" and returned the book to its shelf without opening it. Then I browsed through the store looking for anything interesting and found nothing. So, I decided to look at the shelf with new arrivals again and saw a budha in the air. That is when the thought came to me that I should buy Amorah's book. So, I bought it without opening it and went home. Later it dawned on me that the diamond in the air I had seen was what is on the cover of the book. And years later I came to understand the symbolic meaning of the budha in the air. I have read the book more than 25 times, and found Chapter 4 entitled "Ra Speaks" of particular relevance to me. I can vouch personally to the accuracy of the guided spiritual healing Amorah went through because I subsequently went through one myself. And I am grateful to Amorah that she had written this book, because it helped me understand what I was experiencing although her description of a guided spiritual healing only describes about 10% of what I went through. It is one of the most remarkable books I have ever read. The depth and accuracy of the information can only come from a much higher source as explained by Amorah. Subsequently I read all of Amorah's books but still find this one the most remarkable one.
