I was amazed at how simple, yet effective many of the ideas and routines were. I've only just begun to implement the coordinated approach and already I am feeling the results. I feel stronger and happier. I was going into it just for some diet tips, but ended up getting so much more. I enjoy the workouts, even though they were harder to actually do than they looked on some of the videos online. If you haven't tried Plenary Fitness yet, you should check it out.

I have tried many different diet and health programs. I was lucky to see this program before it was published. As a soldier I have to maintain a certain level of fitness and these routines got me there quickly and efficiently. I'm also rather lazy, so I liked that many of the workouts were shorter. I lost weight and gained muscle. I recommend it!

As a former physical fitness trainer I have tried many different programs. There are many exercises and routines here that I have already tried. They work, and are decent, not necessarily what I would do. The nutrition information was good, but again not really new. Everyone knows that more fruits and vegetables are good. What I did like was how everything was integrated in the program. It makes sense that diet, exercise combined with good sleep, massage, meditation could have more drastic effects.

This book has flipped my understanding of what it is to be healthy! Ever since I got my new kindle I haven't been able to put the book down. Plenary Fitness is my new catchword, as I progress through the program. I'm already feeling better. I've lost weight, gotten stronger, and surprisingly also feel happier! I definitely recommend this book for anyone who wants to get healthy and feel better.

Wow, what a great way to start off the New Year! I have already done a cleanse, and I'm feeling lighter, and better. The exercises are quick and simple. The book is broken down in an easy to read manner, which totally helps me better understand some of the concepts. I have already told some of my friends about the book, and look forward to seeing the results I expect to get

I've read a lot of fitness and health books over the years and doing so has taught me to be careful believing everything these "health experts" have to say. Not only does this book present a lot of good information, it does so in a manner that's easy to read and understand. The author did a good job of explaining how and why his methods work through scientific reasoning and real world statistics. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and continue to lead a happier, healthier life.

This book was well written, simple, and easy to understand. An excellent guide for those willing to read and follow his sound advice. After reading this book it is evident the author has done his research. I recommend this book to those looking to improve their health.

I just wanted to add my vote of confidence to this excellent Fitness Program. It covers all of the major areas of physical fitness including nutrition, exercise, sleep, meditation and massage. Although the book could use some additional editing for "typos", etc., the material is well researched and presented in a concise manner. Thanks for publishing it.
