Awesome!!! For the first time in my life I read that my allergies, headaches and chronic tiredness all have the SAME cause. I've swallowed tons of painkillers, antihistamines and vitamins, and nothing worked. Now, I understand why.

Though I've read several books on allergies, I never really got a grasp of histamines. Just to think about all the ANTIhistamines I have consumed over the years! Using this book, I was able to diagnose the particular kind of asthma I have, which even my own doctors missed! Now I see why I thought I had "bronchitis" every summer and blindly turned to popping antibiotics. Senseless... I never needed them in the first place.

This book is read best if you start with the first chapter, with your particular disease in mind, and skip the 3rd chapter if you are not in medicine - too difficult. The rest is a must if you have any of the diseases mentioned on the cover.

Excellent and highly recommended! Don't pass this one up if you are living a life of constant pain, irritation, and seasonal physical and mental fog. You will not regret it.
