Sinister. Mysterious. Classic. Dark and Tiumphant.,
This review is from: Plunderers (Fraser Publishing Library) (Fraser Contrary Opinion Library Book) (Paperback)
A good read. Not about Wall Street per say (a surprise given this author), but as good as any other Lefevre book. Four different stories, each self-contained, but overlapping very slightly. On p93 Lefevre mentions the previous collapse of Barings Brothers (yes, they collapsed once before about 100 years before Nick Leeson was born). Similar in mysterious nature to "The Golden Flood," also by Lefevre.
