This is one of the best Adamo collections around. It was the first Adamo cd I got and my choice was of course based on the content! It's a perfect choice for new fans, as it offers some of the most known and loved songs of his, like "La nuit" and "Petit bonheur". It's also aimed for avid collectors who seek for forgotten and rare tracks like "Le neon" and "Le ruisseau de mon enfance". The recording quality is superb-the old 45s need to be done away with! Nevertheless, more hits could have been included, like "Mon cinema"... Yet it remains one of the most "complete" Adamo collections around!

Way back in the sixties, my wife and I got the first four Adamo LPs. He was so special to us. I occasionally play them and all these tracks are covered - so I am not buying the CD but if you haven't heard this man, buy this CD. He's magic.
