Very nice quality although Gund products usually are. My daughter will love this as that is the song I always sing to her as she drifts off to sleep. Price is a bit high but these are not easy to find.

I BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT FOR MY SON & DAUGHTER-IN-LAW AS A GIFT FOR MY FIRST GRANDCHILD DUE IN 6/07. THE BEAR IS SO SOFT AND PLAYS THE SONG I CAN'T WAIT TO SING TO THE BABY WHICH IS "YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE" AND I KNOW THE BABY WILL BE JUST THAT. I LOVE THE HOW SOFT IT IS AND THE BIG WIND UP TAIL. IT IS EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A WIND-UP TEDDYBEAR. A GREAT BUY AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
