FASCINATING,

Unlike some recent books, this is not just a rehashing of popular theories. The author uses Philo of Alexandria's rules for allegorical interpretation to study Luke's Gospel, and comes to amazing conclusions. If you're interested in Biblical history and willing to loosen your grip on fixed ideas, you'll appreciate this book.
