This is a beautiful color. Soft yarn. Easy to use. I used it to make a hat and scarf and it came out nice.

I ordered this product, and found that it was true to color listed on line. I have used encore yarn, and found it to handle easily, be comfortable next to the skin, and looks of good quality when knit up.

It resists shrinkage, so garments do not shrink to any noticeable degree. This is important as I am a dense knitter, and a sweater may contain more than five thousand stitches all by hand. Therefore like most knitters I want to know my work will last and look well a long time, wash after wash. The yarn is quite washable by machine or hand. It compares favorably to superwash wool, except encore resists shrinkage better, and is not itchy.

If in doubt about a color, many web sites have online color cards of this yarn to compare. Plymouth the maker of encore yarn has an online color card of these yarns. They may have more than one shade of the same color, so order carefully to ensure you get the color you actually want.

The sellers I would rate with 5 stars, when I complained about the color not being the color that is shown in the description, which was totally off. It was suppose to be this beautiful bright yellow color it turned out to be this very ugly yellow orange color, that was unacceptable for my project. They replied and offered a refund, but it would be more expensive for me since I paid for the faster shipping. I highly recommend not to order these yarns blindly, they may not be the color you think that they are.
