there are so many uses for this product. more than I can list. good for stomach aches, sinus problems, cramps (either muscle or women issues), nausea, motion sickness, great for insect bites....much much more

I absolutely love this oil. I work out 5-6 times a week. When I am really sore, I rub it on at night and soreness is better in the morning. Lasting effects not like bengay and other "muscle recovery" oils...that are more temporary!!

I've had back issues for 40 years and have tried them all. Po Sum On is absolutely the best muscle relaxing oil there is!

I use this product in my massage therapy practice. The scent is at once relaxing and soothing, the product is herbal - no unknown chemicals. It is primarily peppermint, but with a very nice kick. Po sum On has herbals in it for pain relief, inflammation, and for increased circulation. During sessions I combine a drop or two of this wonderful oil and my favorite massage oil for glide and my patients love it and ask for it. It's an old, old formula, tried and true. I would recommend it for anyone who has muscle or joint pain, tight, restricted fascia, or who just needs stress relief. It's a very nice product.

I first saw this because my accupuncture doctor uses this. If you are looking for something to rub into sore muscles and aches, there's nothing like this. Smell is not bad, consistancy is great, more of an oil than a salve. It offers great long-lasting relief. I use it for post-mastectomy frozen shoulder pain- it brings great relief.

This oil is the greatest for soothing arthritis pain, sore muscles, and even easing tension headaches. It smells nice and disappears into the skin quickly without leaving an oily residue. If/when you mix it with a massage oil base, a little bit goes a long way and so do the benefits!

I love Po Sum On Medicated Oil! I actually learned about this amazing product during participation at a body spa, and the licensed massage therapist used some on my aching, tight left shoulder during my session. The soothing, warm relief I felt as she worked the product into my skin was nearly instant. The invigorating, revitalizing smell is an added bonus--rather reminded me of Peppermint, Menthol--with something of a crisp pleasant twist. I asked her what the stuff was, and she told me. She carries the product in her shop, and she only recommends products that she actually uses in her massage therapy practice and for herself, so she speaks from direct experience. I bought my first little bottle from her--something to take away from the experience, but I am glad to see the product on Amazon so that it will be accessible in future! :)

My little bottle of Po Sum On came wrapped in beige paper protected by an interesting, oriental style tin. The beige paper contains the directions for product use. Po Sum On's documentation states, " Indications: For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backaches, stains, bruises, and strains." As with all medications, it comes with the usual important information about uses, contents, and warnings, so users should read that material first before using. This is a product for EXTERNAL use only, and there are warnings given about avoiding contact with the eyes and placing the oil on damaged. open skin--such as open, weeping wounds.

The beige paper indicated that the product is made in Hong Long, with the US Exclusive Distributor being Prince of Peace, Ent. Inc. Contact information is also provided. I appreciate the product's helpful and informative packaging---which speaks of great care and quality.

I let my mother, who suffers from pain and arthritis, try some, and she was most satisfied by it and the relief that it brought her on a cool, rainy day. So, I am thinking this may be a great Mother's Day gift or birthday gift! Thank you Amazon for hosting this product and making it available.

I was first introduced to Po Sum On while going to massage school in the 1980's. Always a comforting cooling feeling and gives a deep penetration to sore muscles or arithitic problems. Po Sum On is a good all around alternative to pain medication (that can eventually have adverse effects on our bodies). I highly recommend it! Oh,and it smells good too!!!

Infinitely more powerful than regular over-the-counter products with healing action lasting up to 30 minutes. Po Sum On is a light oil that nourishes the skin. It provides pronounced relief for sore muscles and back pain and helps them heal more quickly than they would on their own. But the best part is that it feels cool and refreshing on your muscles and skin. Its pepperminty smell is very pleasant, too. I keep lots of this on hand.

I"m a massage therapist and was introduced to this product by my acupuncturist. It worked great on my back and the scent was very relaxing. I use it in my practice on every client. Most of them request it. It works great when you receive a massage and put this product on after words. It last almost all day and has a cooling relief. It works way better than icy hot.
