Concise and accurate, but not enough information to be helpful, Cathryn Bauer's latest book on Acupressure, The Pocket Guide to Acupressure Points for Women, focuses on points. Her previous book, Acupressure for Women (the Well Women Series, ISBN: 0895942321 covers the same points (forgive the pun) and gets to much more about Acupressure while including helpful charts and drawings.Ms. Bauer is a respected practitioner and instructor of Acupressure in the San Francisco Bay area. |
