This book is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I lived in Panama, and thought I would buy this book to go on some adventures while I was there again on vacation. 85% of the telephone numbers are incorrect. The organization is terrible. Many facts and data are incorrect. VERY frustrating when you are trying to travel smoothly. Ended up relying on locals, and throwing away the book on the road because it was so useless we thought the space/weight in our backpack could be filled with something more useful. Like toilet paper. This book deserves 0 stars.
