Hey, I got it and it was Brand New!! I'm really happy that I made this purchase. So, It does come with 10 games and I'm not sure if it's the same every time Oh and by the way the games just come in special clear plastic cases nothing else. But, it's all in perfect condition and if it's info you want about the games I'ld say just go to www.gamefaqs.com there you should get all your questions answered. Now then I don't know if it's the same every time but I'll list the Games that I got with this.
1. Pac-Man
2. Puzzle Bobble Mini (AKA Bust-A-Move Pocket)
3. Turf Masters
4. Metal Slug 1st Mission
5. Metal Slug 2nd Mission
6. Puzzle Link (a very fun and addictive game)
7. Sonic the Hedgehog Pocket Adventure (A very interesting game I Highly recommend this game to All Sonic the Hedgehog Fans)
8. Fatal Fury First Contact (It's a fun Fighting game)
9. King of Fighters R2 (R1 was never released in the States and this is a really fun fighting Game by the way)
10.SNK Vs. Capcom Card Fighters Clash Capcom Version (this is not a fighting game but this is very addicting this game is WAY FUN)

Well that's the 10 games that I got. I am very happy with my purchase of this. I suppose that some might want to hear some pro's and con's about this. Well, it takes two AA batteries however there is some plug thing that can be purchased for it. There is no Contrast or brightness adjuster for it so you will have to make sure to have the right kind of light when you're using it so you can see what's on the screen. However, because of this the batteries last a really long time. It also uses a 3volt flat battery for the clock which is supposed to last 1 year. Well that's all I have to say about this and again I want to say that I'm very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it.
