Good tool for beginners.,

This small book is packed with the basic ideas and terms used in biblical studies. Though it cannot replace the use of a good full dictionary, it is a good place to start. For the most part definitions are concise and simple, where they can be, and detailed enough to help the reader understand more complex ideas. Whether you are learning these terms for the first time or just refreshing your memory, Pocket Dictionary of Biblical Studies is a useful tool for your collection.

Great short reference book to compliment your bible studies. Don't let the size fool you, there is a lot pack into this book series.
