This book encapsulates the practical wisdom of its writer whose expertise in connecting people is really amazing. The specific tips you can use the next time you meet someone, and the background info will definitely make you feel more at ease and better about yourself in every social and business interaction. I like her "Ten Tips for Becoming Irresistible" so much I've quoted them in my own new book. This is a keeper, and you'll go back to it time and again.

Olivia lives up to her name as a Charisma Coach - the information she gives is practical and easy to put into action. One of the most important things she has taught me is the importance of knowing the difference in how you think you are perceived, and how your colleagues actually perceive you.

How many books do you read that make your head move up and down? I found myself nodding in agreement (literally) with just about every page of this book; it just made so much sense!

This book actually transforms itself from a good read to a reference guide; I found that in preparation for specific situations or events I would "brush up" on those ideas that were applicable so they were fresh in my mind. Where else can you find something like that?

Don't get this book unless you want to succeed!
