Solid review for people who know some French,

As a nurse, I needed to expand my French medical vocabulary, so I purchased the Pocket Medical French Compact Disk. After a few weeks of listening to it I noticed that I'm able to express myself much better, however, I feel I could do even better if it came with a textbook. Listening alone is not sufficient to master French vocabulary, so unless you already have some knowledge of the language, I would not recommend it. Otherwise, it's a solid , however basic, review of common medical terminology.
