Very handy!
This little book is a WONDERFUL item to have in your, well, pocket! Lots of helpful information, advice and remedies for common ailments, all wrapped up in an easy-to-read, accessible book. Ok Intro
Like the last reviewer said it is a great "pocket" book. Do not expect TOO much from it though. If you are a student of the art you "may" not appreciate it. If you are however someone who needs a little intro to the art of Naturopathic Medicine then this book is OK.

This little book is a WONDERFUL item to have in your, well, pocket! Lots of helpful information, advice and remedies for common ailments, all wrapped up in an easy-to-read, accessible book.The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because I would like to see a bit more discussion on diseased and healthy states and how each one manifests. In the end, however, I definitely recommend this book.
