This book sits in my sandbox library for quick review and reading. It covers all the aspects of the Susan Powter way of losing weight. Easy to read, and easy make notes in for future reference. I love this book. One of my favorite parts is where she tells a lady to skip going to the party/event, if she thinks she is going to lose a tremendous about of weight in a short time, AND is embarassed about the way she looks. Plus, she clears up that a pound of fat, and a pound of muscle weigh the same, but the fat takes up (cubic sqaure feet) more area than the muscle of the same weight.I think of the comparison as a pound of gold--muscle to a pound of sand--fat. Gold is small but heavy, sand spreds out everywhere and is well, messy.
