This review is from: The Pocket Spell Creator: Magickal References at Your Fingertips (Paperback)
THE POCKET SPELL CREATOR allows you to make the most of whatever crystals, herbs, and essential oils you have on hand. Do you have some lemon, sage, and ginger around the house today? If so, you can quickly whip up one of several recipes for success!Sections toward the front of THE POCKET SPELL CREATOR are devoted to describing the unique properties of individual herbs, oils, and stones, with recipes for bath salts and incantations listed toward the back of the book. This little book is just the right size to carry with you in a pocket or purse, yet it's full of useful information that will empower you to make the most of what you've got. -- Cynthia Sue Larson

Handy Reference,

This review is from: The Pocket Spell Creator: Magickal References at Your Fingertips (Paperback)
A small book packed with handy references. These references are applicable to almost any metaphysical need, not just spells, so it is a good short but sweet type quick lookup. Simple and to the point. Has information about directions, colors, stone properties, herb properties and more. Not bad for a small pocket size reference.

Congratulations to Kerri Connor on this incredible reference tool. We use these books in our workshops and have had several dozen wonderful comments about them. We are very pleased to be able to use these books and wish the author continued success. I hope she writes more as we would love to be able to expand our programs and I know her books will be an asset. She doesn't tell you it has to be done her way - she lets you do the creating, and that's whats most important.

A Goddess Send,
By Krystle (Massachusettes) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Pocket Spell Creator: Magickal References at Your Fingertips (Paperback)
This book is Spellbinding! It helps you write your own spells, not use those written by other people, and everyone knows your own custom made spells work best for you. This is great because it makes it so easy to work with what you have on hand instead of having to run to a store, or even worse have to order the supplies you need and then wait for them to show up. This book helps you use your imagination and creativity when creating spells - a real eye opener!

The information in this book is not filed for quick reference, even though that is what it touts. If I were casting a spell for money, I would look up "money" and hope to find ingredients or directions. This book is set up like a dictionary for ingredients and you have to search through the descriptions of the ingredients to figure out what goes with your need. A better book is "Spinning Spells, Weaving Wonders" by Patricia Telesco. It is filed by need.

It's about time,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Pocket Spell Creator: Magickal References at Your Fingertips (Paperback)
This is an easy to use reference book that should have been written years ago. It's perfect for anyone - espeically those who want to write their own spells and rituals instead of buying a book of someone else's spells and rituals. This book is great - I plan on using them for Yule gifts this year!
