Excellent resource for kids and parents,

This is an excellent book with "safe" addresses for kids to use for internet sites. The first part has just the right amount of background information on what the internet is etc and the second part is addresses with brief descriptions of what can be found at the sites. When I picked up this book for my children I was a www beginner myself, and I found it gave me all the basics I needed to start mastering the www. My children are 10 and 14 and also found it very helpful and fun. Regardless of the title, this book isn't necessarily for kids only! Some of the addresses have valuable information for adults too
