About the Author

Jack Holleman (certified personal trainer) has worked for overt twenty years as a program director, fitness instructor and coach at large fitness clubs and universities. He has trained a variety of clients from beginning fitness enthusiasts to olympic contenders, college football teams, and adults in their '90s. He is currently a corporate trainer, personal trainer, and "bootcamp" instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ginny Porter is a writer, business consultant and co-founder of a public relations firm. From her personal sports training experience she debeloped a passion for lifelong fitness and pioneered the "Pocket Trainer" concept.
