Mod Podge is 40 years old, but this classic decoupage glue still has its cool. Crafters of any skill level can create anything from paper keepsakes to jewelry to home decor items. The original formula, all-in-one glue sealer and finish, can be used to decoupage on nearly any surface. Quick-drying formula allows for multiple coat build up and projects dry to a gloss finish. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Certified AP non-toxic and water based.

Ok so maybe you can buy this at the AC Moore, Michael's, or maybe even JoAnn's but I bought it on Amazon. It was pretty awesome. You can use it for anything. I have used it on records, paper, cardboard, notebooks, photographs and much more. I just buy really cheap sponge brushes or paintbrushes and toss them when im done. not very environmentally friendly but I cant seem to figure out how to remove the glue, its so strong. You should definitely purchase this.

This is the best stuff ever and the shiny is perfect for pics and paper projects...it makes the color even more vibrant and it looks as if its been painted once it dries...outstanding
