Format: Paperback
i knew next to nothing about edgar allan poe. wanted to learn about him, but didn't need hundreds and hundreds of pages of analytical gobbly-gook from some college professor with a dull prose style. this book was just the ticket. short, sweet, and very enjoyable, mr strathern is a godsend to us layabout bums without scholarly pretensions. I read all of this authors 90 minute series on the philosophers, and was ecstatic to see that he is now taking on the much larger universe of fiction. I hope a hundred or more of these books eventually come out on significant authors. truly addictive reading.
