FIT: Perfect. Not a space loose or anything too tight, it fits how you'd thing it should and the tablet feels secure on it.

BUILD: Excellent. The external material which is sort of a pebble leather feels strong and looks high-end. The micro-fiber interior feels soft and serves as good grip. It won't slip. The handstrap comes handy for portrait mode and you really miss one for landscape mode. The only thing with the handstrap is that you'd thing is going to loosen in the future and lose some of it's tighness.
On the backside of the cover you see the line that's created when you use the cover as a stand. While looking at the pictures I thought this looked cheap which it doesn't in person.

LOOKS: It looks professional, not a thing to envy other cases. If you're afraid how it's going to look in business environments, don't be, it looks very professional.

PORTS: All ports have their openings and none of them are blocked, including the charger and the speakers.

STANDS: Has two different stand slot for different viewing agles, it works perfect, not much to say there. In order to use it you have to remove the two lower hooks, which is quite easy, and securing the tablet back on them is also quite simple. As for now it doesn't feel like those two hooks will loosen easily which I was afraid of.

BULKINESS: It's not bulky, actually quite slim. It has some padding to protect the tablet, not too much to make it feel too bulky or two little so it feels unprotected.

It also has some sort of hook that clips both sides of the cover when is closed which comes handy as well as a wrap for securing both sides when you close or fold it so it's never going to open by itself.

Hope this helps.

This is an excellent case for the Asus Infinity tf700. The tablet fits easily and securely into the case with little chance of the tablet slipping out inadvertently. One of the features that most attracted me to this case is the hard shell cover design (front and back) which protects the tablet better than most other cases I've seen. The exterior is an elegant leather material while the interior is lined in soft microfiber with a hand strap as an added bonus. I would like to see them offer this case in various colors or even different materials other than leather. All ports and buttons (speaker grill too) are exposed for easy access. When in the case, the tablet can be tilted into several different positions. The case does not add a lot of bulk, yet does a great job of protecting my new investment. Overall, this is a great case!

I have a hard case cover for my Kindle Fire that fits inside perfectly. This case does not do that. The Asus tablet fits into the cover very nicely. The top 2 sets of tabs hold the tablet very securely. The bottom tabs don't do anything except to hold the tablet from slipping downwards. If you wanted to hold the tablet there is no way to hold the cover back and also at that position the bottom tabs slip out of position so the tablet could slip. Otherwise if you don't want to hold it this was the cover does a good job

I tried several cases that were mis-represented as being for the 700 and none of them fit. This one fits perfectly, is slim and protects the tablet. I have the Skinomi Carbon Fiber skin on the tablet and it doesn't obstruct it from fitting into this case perfectly.

My only complaints are that I don't really like the leather cases, but there's not really an alternative right now. Also, the hand strap, which is nice, makes the top of the case bulge a bit when closed. There's not enough room for it because it sticks out from the cover and the cover was made to close flat against the tablet.

Overall, it is what it is. For the money, you won't find a nicer case that protects the 700 and at the same time doesn't have a leather trim surrounding your screen. Until they have more options, and if you don't have a dock, in my opinion, this is your best bet for now.

Very pleased with this product. The corners are reinforced and protect the tablet from drops. The cover stays closed and will not flop open. The hinge is on the backside and is not noticed until it is propped up. The tablet stays in place and does not slide out of position. I would guess that the panels have a steel core, it feels like a very durable case.

My only complaints would be the camera cutout in the back was cut a little off, a quality control issue. The elastic hand strap would be nicer if it were recessed into the cover, it doesn't allow the cover to lay as flat as it could, a design issue.

I just received my poetic case from Amazon. Actually it shipped from the company in San Francisco. I'm on the east coast but I received it via USPS in two days! I LOVE this case. Very thin, strong, and well built. Fit is superb. Love the hand hold. Not many cases have this ability to hold securely with one hand. The color and design very much compliment the tablet and doesn't cover it up. I've tried a couple other cases but this one is the thinnest (but strong and protective) and best looking. Not bulky.

You can charge the infinity in the case with it closed; something you can't do with some cases.

We'll see over time if it holds up but I do like this case
