Poetry brought to life, June 19, 2000
This review is from: Poetry and the Imagination (Audio Cassette)
As somebody whose only previous contact with poetry was the enforced 'learning by heart' of centuries old stanzas and sonnets, Whyte's tape is quite a revelation. Poetry and the Imagination has given me a new way of looking at poetry and as a result has opened the door to a vast repertoire of wisdom and knowledge. For anybody who thinks poetry is only for boring old professors, this tape is for you!

Although it may take a few times to fully appreciate the message he's sending, Whyte takes you hand in hand down the path of spiritual enlightenment.
