This CD is definitely one of the best self-healing CD's out there, and is in many ways surpasses the "Bio-Energetic Psychotropic Music" 2-CD set that was also produced by Boris Mourashkin.

I find this CD works best when I wish to enter a meditative state but my mind is too agitated or angry or depressed for a more conventional soothing music CD. The first part of the CD is very dynamic and energizing (and definitely wierd sounding!) The second half of the CD gradually becomes more calming and soothing, lulling me into a silent space.

The first (dynamic and wierd) part of the CD is necessary for me when I am in a depressed state to energize the mind, vent mental frustration, etc. so that the way is prepared to jump into the soothing 2ND half.

I would recommend this CD for anyone, and especially those dealing with emotional trauma.

The healing music of Boris Mourashkin has changed my life forever. I have been working with this music now for three years, and it has been a journey back to the person that I was, the person inside who is filled with love. My life had been filled with hopeless dispair, I was going no where. These three years have been a voyage into the emotionally abused woman I was, and showed me how to free my soul, and love the person I am. I know that is a stong statement, but it is true. This music is filled witht the sounds of the universe and took me back to the innocent child I was, helped me embrace her, and accept the woman I am today. Listening to the music of Boris Mourashkin is a journey into the center of who you are... The elements of nature help to heal the body, mind, and soul. While listening to this music I was taken on inner journeys that helped me to heal the pain I was in, both physical and mental. I now run a thriving business on Long Island. My creativity was enhanced, my heart found the love it has always known was there. The dark cloudy skies faded and when the sun shown through, a miracle happened, there was a rainbow, and that rainbow with all of its beautiful colors was who I am! Thank you Boris... I have been working with the healing music of Boris Mourashkin since 1994. His music is phenomenal, a true healing music; He is a genius. His Bio-Energetic Psychotropic Music energizes me; it gives me focus; it puts me on a spiritual plane. It opens up the body and mind and spirit all at once, or as I need it. It helped me regulate my body's hormonal system. It (and Boris!) helped me quit smoking for good. It opened up my creativity; feeds me positive energy. Track one is very energizing and excellent to use during dental work; the rest of the CD is very relaxing, healing, soothing, nurturing. I am his biggest fan! It is not like any other music available.

I'm an interior designer and artist who loves to paint. Mourashkin's "Bio-Energetic Psychotropic" music puts the magic in my brush strokes. This music is a powerful creative tool. Abstract painting has always been difficult for me, but with Bio-Energetic Psychotropic music playing while I paint, my hand is mysteriously guided to create magical images on canvas. My creativity has conquered new horizons! I'm happy to share this powerful creative tool. I highly recommend all of Mourashkin's Bio-Energetic Psychotropic music. Listen to it's magic and be surprised! I know I was.

Boris Mourashkin's music is like nothing else I've ever heard. It's busy, yet relaxing. It's discordant, yet pretty. Rarely does one find music that is so different from anything one has ever heard before. I don't believe the hype about this music's healing power. Good music doesn't need to have any special powers beyond the pleasure it brings. But if it does "keep the doctor away," I'll be most grateful.

I higly recomend this CD for relaxing. It goes beyond words. I can't wait for Mr. Mourashkin to release his next CD. If the next one will be anything like this one, we are all in for a real treat. BORIS, I LOVE YOU!!!

My masseuse recently played this CD, knowing that I sometimes like things a "little out there". However this is way beyond a little out there and is no way relaxing. I can only imagine that this is what a bad LSD trip is like! Now I'm a big believer in "If you don't like it, don't listen to it", but if I had spent good money on this based on it being produced by "The Relaxation Company", I would be very upset.
