Love this scent. Definately not too strong and it seems to last quite a while. Perfect for everyday wear. It has a strong undertone of vanilla so if that's not your bag I wouldn't recommend it.

I just bought this fragrance tonight, and I must say that it is one of the best I have smelled in a long time. It has a very earthy, "woodsy" kind of scent to it, and it doesn't require a lot to be put on at once to get a whiff every now and then. I highly recommend this!!!

I love this,so does my husband.I bought the entire kit which comes in a lovely satin mini duffel-like purse with a handle.it includes body creme,body wash,perfume.it has a bit of a strong introduction.it doesnt smell like pine-sol like others have said.Its like a re-vamping of the original POISON in the purple bottle.except this one has a sweeter and crisper tone.it becomes light and stays fresh with time.id say its a bit fruity/floral.Good for everyday or a special night out.

I was extremely displeased with Phiou Offer's Pure Poison fragrance. The fragrance is disgusting -- smells nothing like it should, has a stinky after-smell, only lingers about 10 minutes, and last but not least, the spray nozzle broke after a couple uses and no longer works. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT CHRISTIAN DIOR!!! I bought some Pure Poison today from Sephora (that smells fantastic, like it should), and I compared the box, bottle, and fragrance to Phio's, and they are definitely NOT the same. The quality of the Sephora product is superior. Don't waste your time or your money at Phio Offer's storefront!

PURE POISON is a seductive and sensual blend of mandarin, citron, bergamot (fun fact: bergamot is commonly used in Earl Grey Tea), orange flower, lily, jasmine, and gardenia with hints of sandalwood and amber (which ironically last the longest scent-wise).

Here's some tips about PURE POISON:

1) Three simple words: SMELL BEFORE BUY . . . . It's always good to test out the perfume before you purchase it . . . I'd like to think we all have different fragrance tastes or we'd all be smelling the same . .haha . .

2) The scent strength is moderate . .Not too subtle and not too overpowering . .jussttt right . .

3) I'd say the scent life is around 8 hours (like most decent perfumes) . .which makes it perfect for a day at work or school or whatever . .

4) I'd recommend this for casual use . . . I'd save something more unique and provocative for your "special" scent . . .

5) This is a bit of a sophisticated scent so I wouldn't recommend it for teens . . especially those who are fresh to the perfume scene

NOTE: I don't know if this fragrance contains citronellol which is the main cause of allergic reactions for those who have perfume allergies . .so I'd check up on this is that concerns you. . .

This is my favorite scent of all time. It smells wonderful - subtle, yet very distinctive. I wear it regardless of the occasion. My only complaint is that it fades rather rapidly.

I am a huge fan of perfume, and this is now my favorite. I also love Chanel No. 5, Oscar de la Renta original, and Narciso Rodriguez, but this is now my number one. Every time I wear it, someone compliments me on it. Two of my friends have now purchased it as a result. It is light, fresh and perfect for day and evening.

This little atomizer is great! If you like Dior's Poison parfume, you'll like this version. It is an excellent complement to the parfume and body wash, and lotion. Plus it fits in your purse or pocket, without leaving a bulge, it's as small as a lipstick! It leaves your skin smelling great! I love this stuff!!!

Pure poison smells beautiful. It's the only way I can describe it. After reading many glowing reviews of Hypnotic Poison and Midnight Poison, and then finally getting to try them, they came nowhere near to the beauty of Pure Poison. It smells like I imagine Princess Diana or Grace Kelly smelling when they were photographed looking their best. Very ladylike and classy. However, if you wear too much of it, it will lose it's appeal.

Pure Poison by Christian Dior is the opposite of its name. When we think of poison, we think of something toxic, mean, harmful, maybe sharp or at least something dangerous. But if being complimented for smelling beautiful is dangerous, then splash this beautiful perfume on!

The fragrance is subtle, lingering but not overwhelming, feminine yet not flowery.

An excellent perfume!
