my son loves this soft pikachu. he is very in to pokemon and this is his favorite pokemon plush toy. great quality

I bought this as an early birthday gift for my baby sister, and she simply adores it. She's been getting into a Pokemon phase at the moment, and Pikachu is her favorite.

There really isn't anything special about this Pikachu doll. The title of the toy pretty much tells you everything you'd expect.
It's a simple plush doll that has stuffed beans near the bottom, probably to keep some weight to prevent the toy from falling over when upright. The only concern I have is with the tail. From the cartoons she watches, it looks as though Pikachu's tail narrows when it connects to his rear. Jakks Pacific seems to have tried and imitate this in their toy, and in so doing made it appear as if the tail might not last very long with some wear and tear typically produced by a young child.

But we shall see.

If you're looking for a standard, small Pikachu plush doll, look no further than this one.

I sleep with this plush when I go to sleep in my bed.I can't go to sleep without it.

My daughter loves her Pikachu birthday present, but I have to note that while this overpriced doll is realistic, cute, the indicated size, and quite plush, what we received from the seller isn't what the seller pictured. The picture displays Pikachu's smile as similar to a stretched-out "w"; the Pikachu we received has an open-mouthed smile similar to the Pikachu displayed here: Pokemon: 8-inch Happy Pikachu Plush (and, for the record, that Pikachu was cheaper at the time and is cheaper now, but its reviews dissuaded me from purchasing it and its smile wasn't my daughter's first choice). Not a big deal for my daughter, so I'm not taking any stars off, but I thought it was worthy of note. Thanks.

The plush was so small and it came with a big price. Wont do that again.
