Decent shades with a cool effect and the hologram doesnt interfere when looking through them. Only downside is that you generally dont want mirrored glasses for poker, but testing with my friends I had to raise my cards up pretty high for them to see a reflection.

Luckily I purchased these as part of a gag-gift for my poker-playing husband. We always joke about the ridiculous shades some players wear, so when I saw these, I thought "PERFECT!"

Well, I tried them on myself to see how they were, and thank GOODNESS these are simply a gag gift. They're very small (and I'm a woman with a small head as it is... my husband can barely get 'em on!), and you can definitely see the image as you look through them - very annoying. The frames are very, VERY cheap plastic which I have no doubt will promptly break if handled without finesse.

Great gag gift, but definitely don't purchase these if you intend to use them as anything more than a laugh.
