Great service!
I ordered a collectors set and had a question. The merchant provided immediate response. Further, one of the series in the set was on back order and was expedited at no extra cost so it could arrive with the rest of the set. Great service! I will definitely buy from this merchant again!

Works great, but wrong monitor was shipped
The product works great, as advertised. The only problem was that I received the women's watch, not the men's. In defense of the company, I didn't tell them I got the wrong one. I only use it in my home, so I don't care which one I have. I would recommend purchasing, though. Does the job nicely, lots of great features, and at a very reasonable price.

Font difficult to see when working out,

The font on this model has changed from the A5 I have used for years and is more difficult to see when working out. I use glasses to read, and while I can easily read other monitors and digital watches while working out, this one was not legible.

The product works great, as advertised. The only problem was that I received the women's watch, not the men's. In defense of the company, I didn't tell them I got the wrong one.
