I received the bike from Amazon in the time promised and decided to put it together early for Christmas and I am glad I did. The first back was packed so that the brake cables were damaged and the frame scratched when I received it. I thought, well accidents happen, no big deal. Amazon made it very easy for the return of the bike and had the next one too me a week later. Due to living in a different city from where I and my kids were going to spend Christmas, I did not get to start assembling the second bike until 2 days before Christmas. This time the frame had a dent and was scratched again but what was worse was the front wheel did not fit between the forks and the axle sounded as if it was missing some ball bearings. I did not have time to give this bike manufacturer a third shot so I sent it back again to Amazon, for a refund this time. Thanks to Amazon for making exchanges and refunds easy when it comes to faulty products.

Santa's elves put this together for us and found the instructions a little vague and the left hand break doesn't work. Had to take it to a bike shop to fix. Santa's usually pretty good with these things.
