So far (about a month), I have no complaints. I have used the velcro bags for almost 15 years and they work fine, but I actually much prefer the zipper design now (assuming the zipper doesn't break anytime soon). The velcro seals tend to grip dirt, sand, and other similar small debris items, making the connection weaker each time you empty the bag. The zipper joins tightly and debris-free. Unloading the bag is now cleaner, easier, and doesn't compromise the seal.

This is exactly what I was looking for and was so much less expensive than going to Leslie's Pool Supply. Whenever possible, I definitely avoid shopping there and being overcharged. Thank you for supplying these products and not trying to rip us off!!

Zipper bag is so much easier to empty than the velcro. The dirt makes the velcro not stick and wears out much faster than the zipper bag. Most people don't know that they make these!

Very happy with this bag for my Polaris 280. It is OEM-Polaris original issue and works exactly as described. Fits perfectly and functions flawlessly. Highly recommended!

The replacement bag was eactly what I wanted. Shipment took about a week. The fit was perfect. Why it developed a 1/2 inch tear in it after about 3 weeks use is not clear to me.

I've been burned before by purchasing a generic replacement bag, and I said never again. While they all (generic as well as OEM) will deteriorate over time, the Polaris-branded one seems to last a little longer but it is also the little things: you get a zippered bag that is a little more heavy duty vs. a velcro-type enclosure (which collects dirt, looks like crap after a while, and usually has a hard time staying closed after a few months of use).

All-in-all, if you are looking for a replacement bag I'd recommend sticking with the manufacturer's part - sure, you pay a few dollars more but in the long run you wind up dollars ahead because you are not replacing the bag as often.

I have had several of these zipper bags, since they eventually get holes or a piece of plastic breaks off. They are servicable, although the zipper sometimes sticks. Buying on Amazon for $23 is a lot better than buying at a brick and mortar pool supply shop for $40+.

I have an automatic swimming pool vacuum called Polaris. We call him "Polli." His bag developed some holes and so I called the local pool supply place and the bag was priced at over $40.00. I went to Amazon and checked the prices. WOW! I bought two of the bags on line for less than one at the retail store. Go figure!

This Polaris replacement bag was exactly like the original one that came with the unit when new. Best price on the web as I shopped for a while to find the best price.
