This is the best introduction to Polarity Therapy there is. It is easier to understand than Dr. Stones works. It is more direct than Bruce Bergers 'The Body As Consciousness'. If you are interested in Polarity Therapy this is the place to start.

I am taking a Polarity class and this is one of our textbooks. Franklin takes the work of Dr. Stone and condenses it into a readable style. I would recommend this for the person serious about learning Polarity

This was a truly fantastic book to read. He explains things that I had used for years, but never had the understanding of why and how it works. Just a great book that has deepened my work and is still used as a reference in my office.

Sills presents Randolph Stones' work in a much more understandable way, and makes learning polarity therapy an easier process from which to jump later into stone's original texts.
