i like it because it travels well. I take it with me on trips. is lightweight, tough and versatile. the screen size is perfect for me to enjoy my recorded shows anywhere!!!
there are two remote controls, one for the base unit and TV i hook it up to cable TV and it doubles as a TV !!!

battery pack lasts 3 hours. is so tough . after using and wearing out the original, I bought myself a second one.
I am used to it. one thing to remind you of, do not shock it (static electric shock) that burned my last one. although it does not play dvds it still plays music cds YET!!!
after five years I zapped it as i walked on a carpet in a different place where I was visiting.
when I went to lower the volume, I shocked it and now it only plays cds.

the point is that is s tough, it still works as a cd player !!! was not a total loss.

I have a grand niece (13), that has one also and she uses it on travels in their car.

I recommend it.

Im glad I found another one again. Ill be more careful with it.
i also own one other dvd player of a different brand and it is good too, but I can not watch TV with it.
this polaroid is a rare find. if you see one get it. I hope they bring it back.
