5.0 out of 5 stars Picture Perfect
I've heard alot of criticism regarding the quality and size of this film. However, I still purchased the camera and began taking pictures. To my surprise the pictures are very, very clear and not grainy as many people had described. As for the size of the picture, they're great, why would you buy this camera if you didn't want small pictures? I find that the pictures...

2.0 out of 5 stars a little disappointed
I thought that this was a great product but when I went to get the last pack of the three pack it was busted. The outside package looked fine but when I opened it the container was busted and the film was not any good. I just thought that I would give my review.

I've heard alot of criticism regarding the quality and size of this film. However, I still purchased the camera and began taking pictures. To my surprise the pictures are very, very clear and not grainy as many people had described. As for the size of the picture, they're great, why would you buy this camera if you didn't want small pictures? I find that the pictures are great for my wallet(less bulky than traditional ones), my computer at the office or for small projects. The thing to remember is that these pitures are not meant for distance shots, purely up-close. I started off with the 6 free pictures that come with the camera, but have since purchased many more packs of film.

One tip...I prefer buying the non-sticky because they are more versatile. If I want to stick the picture somewhere I just tack on a little piece of tape. Plus, the non-sticky are a little cheaper.

This film is easy to load and easy to use. The picures are a bit small but just right for a kid who loves taking pictures.

ashamed to admit my age. This product seems to be marketed to children aged 10-15, and here I am at 38 years-old, snapping these tiny polaroids with the same enthusiasm that these teeny boppers snap their gum.

This film just so darn much FUN! And it's not just me who loves them. Yes, my fellow grown-ups chortle with glee when they see the creative uses I've had for these pictures. These have included (but are not limited to):
* taking pictures of kids when they come to my door at Hallowe'en (with their parents' permission) and giving them a picture of themselves in costume instead of candy (a healthy hit with both parents and children)
* decorating my Christmas card envelopes with tiny photos of my cat
* taking a slew of these pictures at a friend's housewarming party and putting them in a tiny album
* positive reinforcement tool for my neice: every week she doesn't chew her nails, we take a picture of her, or of the friend/stuffed animal of her choice

This film works more or less like regular polaroids, but are just so cute and versatile because of their size. They come either with an adhesive backing, so you can stick them on without using glue, or without. There are a wide variety of tiny, magnet-backed frames for sale here at Amazon.com, so if you want you can proudly mount the snapshots on your fridge for the world to see.

4.0 out of 5 stars fun and quirky, September 16, 2002
This review is from: Polaroid i-Zone Non-Sticky Pocket Film (3-Pack) (Electronics)
We used the Polaroid i-zone and sticky film for a friend's wedding - as the entries for the guest book/scrapbook, and the results were really cute. I would highly recommend it for fun projects. Next use: to create a group portrait of co-workers (tomorrow). I love this thing!!! NOTE: my only complaint is that when you cut the film stickers, some of the polaroid white gooey chemical stuff they tell you not to touch gets all over your fingers - even if you cut along the dotted line. Make sure if kids use this that they know NOT to put their fingers in their mouth after cutting the photos.

4.0 out of 5 stars i-zone non-sticky and sticky fun, fun, fun!, December 21, 2000

I read the reviews for the i-zone camera and film...grainy pictures, pictures too small, the sticky doesn't "stick", blah, blah, blah. I considered not buying it, but decided to give it a go anyway...and I am so glad I did! The pictures, when taken close up, turn out just grand! They are quite a conversation piece as well...I have them on my desk at work, in my wallet, and on my backpack. (Even on my grandma's wheelchair. She's in her eighties and she can decipher the pictures just fine...so clearly when taken well they aren't too small.) I've had one or two pictures not develop...but that can be expected, I suppose. This is great fun!

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Pleased, May 18, 2002

I am a fourteen year old girl, I love taking pix, and capturing the best moments of my friends. With the i zone I can capture those moments, and be able to share them with everone, right after I take the picture. I think that one thing I dont particularly like about the camera is that you cant really take close up pix, and th pictures are always so small, but if I really wanted quality, I could use a regular film camera. Also, the film costs so much, I see why it does, but 12 pictures goes by fast for me, and it is a large investment, since I have to buy the film myself. Overall, this is a great camera to take to sleepovers, or to school. the i zone is a cute, trendy, and very usfull camera.!!!

I bought this camera as a gift for someone and ended up keeping it for myself since I had so much fun with it! The pictures came out pretty good and the actual photo is not too sticky, but enough to do the job without ruining anything. I bought a roll of magnetic strip and started to make magnets with the photos I took. Now the 'fridge is full of memories! I am now using the photos to make a photo diary. The possibilities are endless!

5.0 out of 5 stars Polaroid I-zone Instant Camera: COOL!, December 27, 2000
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Polaroid i-Zone Non-Sticky Pocket Film (3-Pack) (Electronics)
When I first saw the I-zone camera at such a low price, I was quite startled. I thought it was a one-time use camera and the package designers made a mistake and forgot to mention it. But when I got the I-zone Instant (non-digital) camera, I discovered it was an ordinary multi-use camera with replaceable film and all that. I took about 13 pictures the first day I had it, it is so much fun! One of the VERY BEST PARTS is that the film cartridges, when empty, can be used to store the pictures you have taken! It is so cool! The variable-intensity flash uses 2 AA batteries, you need not buy photo batteries. You can get a hand-held portable scanner called the Webster to scan your pictures (and ANY other small object) into your PC. This is the best camera and film.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't be fooled!, September 3, 2002
This review is from: Polaroid i-Zone Non-Sticky Pocket Film (3-Pack) (Electronics)
WARNING: IT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE STICKY FILM. YOU CAN DO NOTHING WITH THIS FILM! I have bought this film instead of the sticker film multiple times, and this was a HORRIBLE mistake. This is not the sticky film. You can't do ANYTHING with this. I use my i-zone quite often, but this is a REALLY BAD product.
