I saw a presenter using this timer at a conference and thought it was an excellent idea - with both a clock and timer capability. I rushed off and purchased it and love the concept of having both those features. However the delivery is poor from the aspect of reading the numbers is very hard. The rest of the clock/timer works fine and I have absolutely no issue with those aspects. However, the design of the glass (well, plastic really) covering the digital readout causes so many reflections that it makes using this almost impossible in any place where there is a light source, or multiple light sources, that would cause reflection. If I had looked at the product photo more closely I probably would have noticed this issue.

I recently got this timer - it's certainly loud enough when it goes off to draw you attention.

A month or so after I got it, it no longer lets me set the clock. So this recent daylight savings time shift, i had to wait till (the new) midnight to take the battery out and put it back in so that the clock resets to the right time.

Increments of the countdown is set by the minute - which is perfectly adequate.

What I wish this timer had was an alarm setting for the clock, this whould have been easy for Polder to implement, and would have made this a much more multifunctional device.

It actually is pretty cool, I got this for my sister-in-law. I guess I didnt read the description as well as I should have...when I got it I was just rather surprised; it was pretty small.
