4.0 out of 5 stars Very stylish, not as functional as I'd hoped.
I love the look of these canisters, although the "pour" feature isn't quite as functional as I'd hoped. I would recommend them for the affordability and style.

I really like the design of these canisters; reminded me of the cooling towers at a nuclear power plant! They are masculine and the black and stainless worked really well with my new post divorce kitchen.

However, the Bernoulli venturi shape (midway reduced neck size) causes issues dispensing flour and sugar, and tea bags are particularly hard to get out as they bunch up in the reduced neck.

Also, make sure you thoroughly understand their size; they are not functionally large enough, in my view.

I love these canisters, they are so modern looking. Everyone is complaining about the size, but they are no smaller than any other canister set I have seen? They look wonderful, I also love the fact that they are plastic, that will defianatly help me out not having to worry about them breaking! Great product!

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent set, what I was looking for, March 24, 2011

While these aren't the highest quality (such as glass, metal...), they definitely seem durable and like they'll stand up to some heavy use. As other reviewers have noted, the pouring feature isn't as user-friendly as hoped, but at least I knew to expect that from reading up on it. Not a big deal to twist off the caps to get to what's inside, and they look very nice.

I tried flour in one, hehe NOT a good idea, especially if you're trying to pour it. Very much a hassle to clean up afterward. I'll stick to the pasta instead.

I'd buy them again, I do like them.

This is not what I expected. This is a cheap plastic, it would have been worth the money if it were glass. There is a push tab on top, so these canisters are only pourable unless you twist of the entire top. Looks nice for now but because of the cheap plastic I don't foresee this looking good for 12 months. Don't waste your money on this set.

Just what I needed. The containers look nice and they are durable enough for children to handle all day every day.

The canisters are bigger than I expected so that was a nice surprise. They are also very modern and sleek. You have to be a clean freak like me to keep 'em up tho :). Overall, the best canisters for my home!
