I have a tiny kitchen, with almost no counter space, and the dish rack that I had been using was taking up most of my precious counter space. So, I bought this and cleared off my counter, and voila - space to cook! Now my sink is no longer filled with dishes; now I do them as I use them. It has made an astonishing difference considering one wouldn't think it is a very consequential item. But having that extra 1 1/2 feet of space on that side of my RV sized kitchen makes all the difference in the world. It is made very well, and you can arrange your dishes in many different ways. It even holds heavy pots and pans. I am cooking so much more since I got this! Of course I am also doing a lot more dishes, but I'm not going to complain about that! (haven't tried the brushes...)

I purchased this item for the limited space available near my kitchen sink. It has worked very well for me. My only complaint would be that the silverware holder could drip inside the base tray unit. Occasionally the drain holes allow water to drip onto the counter. Otherwise, this item is very sturdy, and provides plenty of space for drying my dishes. It also looks nice too.

I find it funny that with the reviews written on this before my pruchase, not a single person mentioned the glass cleaning brushes. They are permanently mounted on the black plastic base. The base has two large suction cups for placing them in the sink. I would have preferred them to be seperate and not a permanent addition to the sink area. The rack functions well. I had my husband drill holes in the silverware drainer. The holes are not in the area water collects! It hangs over the side and the water pools in the opposite side from the pre-drilled holes. That is poor designing for that part. It fits very neatly on my small counter top and all my hand wash items fit in on a daily basis.

I got this item because out of most products in this price range, it had the best reviews. It does what it's supposed to. I won't give it 5 stars because: on the utensil-holding attachment, the holes don't let it drain on it's own because they're too high up, and also there's constantly a little bit of water that drips down the tray, and goes underneath, so I have to pick it up and dry the bottom off, otherwise it never dries.
