I've searched almost all the stainless steel dish racks on the internet and in the local stores (like Bed & Bath, Target...)and decided to buy this one. It is proved that I've done a right decision. This dish rack is nice and functional. I'll never worry about the mold and stains like it happened on my old plastic rack. I do a lot of dishes every day (never use dish washer)and this dish rack give me such space and convenience. What's more, the service of the product is so good - When I received my shipment I found a little crack on the plastic tray, and I call the number they give me on the email. The lady on the service was very nice and immediately ordered a replacement for me - I received it one week later, and I don't need to send the cracked one back. After all, I'm very satisfy with the product and the service, and I'll definitely recommend this product to my friends.

This dish rack is absolutely perfect! It is generously sized and then a section lifts out to hold more. It is built to last with heavy gauge steel and yet remains stylish and attractive. I have bought my last dish drainer.

I received this dishrack and was dissapointed by the quality of the stainless steel. I thought it would be a bit more substantial. And I didn't like the plastic tray that came with it. No worries....I'll just return it. Turns out it's not that easy. You have to contact the seller directly and good luck getting through the busy signals. There is no information online at all. I'll try a few more times and I may just end up having to keep this dish rack. From now on, I'll think twice about ordering if it's not serviced by Amazon.

I am so glad I found this dish rack system! You get so much for your money -- a main dish rack, a removable and expandable over-the-sink dish rack, a utensil holder, tray for collecting water, and glass cleaners. The main dish rack is just wonderful! I love its design -- it's large and efficient. I could fit alot -- plates, small bowls, large bowls, cups, utensils, etc., and everything is still easily accessible and not cluttered! The expandable over-the-sink dish rack is such a nice bonus. Neither has rusted on me after almost a month of use, and I don't expect them to since they are stainless steel. An issue that I can think of is that there are four "cup holders" on the side that hangs slightly off the tray and the utensil holder hangs slight off the tray too, but it's no big deal to me. I'm so excited about this dish rack system that I bought one for my Mom, too! Haven't used the glass cleaners yet.

At first I was unhappy with this product because it only drains the long way; which was not ideal for my kitchen set-up. After some kitchen re-arranging though I got this to fit ok on my counter, and after using it I am very happy that I decided to keep it. I use my dishwasher for the everyday dishes so I needed a rack for the large items like pots & pans, mixing bowls, etc. This rack is perfect for that because it holds a lot! It is not ideal for small items because the gaps between the slats are pretty big. The small additional rack is perfect if you have a small side sink. If you have a lot of counterspace, then this is a good buy.

I love the design and craftsmanship but the drainage holes in the flatware caddy are misplaced. A small problem in an otherwise good product.

The size and style are nice and it looks much more attractive on the counter versus the plastic rack that I used to have. The tray that comes with the dishrack has a defect - the raised edge on the left hand side is not formed correctly for a 2 inch section. I decided not to send everything back for a new unit since it sits on a back corner of my counter. Quality really should have picked the defect up though. The other problem is that the holder for utensils only fits well on the outside of the rack. There are holes in the bottom of the holder for water to drain which means that the water drains on the counter and not into the rack. To avoid this, I put the rack on the inside if I don't have many dishes to wash. If I have a sinkful of dishes, I just don't use the utensil holder. I haven't used the glass cleaners yet.

Good dish rack overall, but I must say there are some minor things I wish were different. Specifically, the front plastic holder for forks, spoons, etc. has drain holes that are above where the water is pooling. I had to drill the holes myself where they should be, and drilling hard thick plastic is not fun, especially if the surface is far from flat.

The dish rack itself was in excellent condition, along with the included accessories. However, the draining tray was broken when I received it. Shop At Clares customer service was very understanding and did give a refund.

This is a quality product from Polder. ( KTH-500 ) It holds everything, and the basket is great to hold pot and pan covers for when they need drying. Looks great on counter.
