I bought this book from my sergeant, who bought it from his sergeant. We've all promoted thanks to the information in this book.

The book is divided up into eight parts;
1.Civil Service Testing
2.Administation & Supervision
3.Constitutional Law
4.Evidence
5.Criminalistics and Investigation
6.Charts & Graphs
7.The In-basket
and most importantly
8.Trial Examinations

There are three trial exams included in section 8. Each trial exam comes with a page that includes the correct answers. Apparently civil service tests are somewhat universal as lots and lots of these questions were contained on my sergeant's test.

If you read and study this book, you will promote.

This was a 20 year old book passed off online. out of date and no where near current for todays testing standards. I found a much more current one at less than half the price that matched my needs much better.
