This review is from: Police Traffic Speed Radar Handbook (Kindle Edition)
This is a bit like an condensed engineering handbook for police traffic speed radar. A large percentage of the book consists of highly technical information including mathematical formulas for computing cosine error, signal attenuation under various conditions, etc etc.So if you're looking for a general book about how to effectively use a radar detector or avoid speeding tickets, but don't care about electromagnetic math formulas, this may not be the best book for you. If you want all kinds of crazy detail then you'll probably love this book, but it's probably not the best first book on this subject for most people. Search around because there are quite a few sample chapters from this book on a web site. Read those and you can get an idea of what the book is like. |
