bought this cd after listening to the samples. her voice is so clear and beautiful, and i love hearing the hawaiian language. i don't own any other hawaiian music as of yet, and i can't vouch for if this is necessarily a traditional sound, but it's nonetheless a pleasure to listen to. i think i'll be listening to this for years to come.

First of all, the artist is LORNA LIM, not Loma Lim.
Secondly, this is a full CD, not a "single" as it showed in the listing title. And finally, the songs are all beautiful and sung beautifully. This is true Hawaiian music (not the tourist stuff)done by someone who understands the music and the relationship to hula. You can't go wrong with this CD. It is lovely. |
