I also had an opportunity to start a new job which may involve using my hands a bit more, and I realized that this would damage the ring even faster, and at the same time I started worrying about possibly losing the ring altogether.
Long story short, I decided on this ring because it was attractive, the same color as my "real" ring, and much more resistant to damage. I decided to start wearing this ring day-to-day and saving the original ring for special occasions. I've been wearing the new ring for a few months now, and it's been fantastic.
First of all the ring is gorgeous. It catches the light brilliantly on its polished surfaces, and it is so strong that it doesn't have a single scratch to dim the dazzle. I should clarify that I am pretty rough on my jewelry, so the fact that it hasn't scratched or chipped or bent (even a little) is a minor miracle. It has a satisfying weight to it, and is slightly wider than my wedding ring, so it feels really substantial.
My only real complaint is the matte area. It is matte because of a "brushed" texture, which means that it is very rough to the touch.Read more ›
My husband lost his Tungsten wedding ring and we have been searching for the past year to find a replacement. The problem? A lot of them feel cheap, he wanted something that was "heavy for it's size". He's a pretty hands on guy and loves Tungsten because of its no-scratch finish, sturdy feel and manly-cool look.
Our anniversary was coming up, so I decided to surprise him with a new ring. I had seen deals ($50) at the Jewelry Exchange, but their selection left much to be desired. I went a couple mall jewelers and all of their tungsten bands were $250+. Finally fed up, I one of the mall jewelers what made their tungsten so much better than Jewelry Exchange or other places I had seen online. To my surprise she said "NO DIFFERENCE!" Basically the bands are the same, but when styles change new bands are in the $250 range, while older bands are in the $30 range. She then proceeded to pull a box from under the counter which showed a bunch of last year's styles in the sub $30 range. Unfortunately I didn't like any of the styles, and I headed over the Amazon.
Metal Masters not only had current styles at great prices, their bands were nicer than any bands I had seen in my hunt for a ring. I found the perfect ring, for $19.99 - ok side note, I feel a little guilty for spending $19.99 on a ring, but it's SUPERB and exactly what my husband wanted.
So here is where Metal Masters really set themselves apart: On their Amazon storefront, they specify that orders will be processed the following business day. Well, it was Friday morning and I needed the ring by Saturday afternoon.Read more ›

Beautiful and ~$300 less than I would have paid in a jewelry store. It runs true to size, at least for me; some reviewers said it runs large. I would advise ordering true size. Read morePublished on November 14, 2013 by bthomas0814

I definitely concur with those reviews that recommended getting a smaller sized ring compared to what you measured at the store. Read morePublished on October 17, 2013 by Andrew Kirchner
