Five, 125-watt compact speakers and a high-performance powered subwoofer make up Polk Audio’s RM10 compact home theater speaker system. The sculpted anodized-aluminum satellites were designed for minimal intrusion into your space, and maximum sound quality. The fronts, center, and satellite speakers feature Polk’s patented Power Port bass venting technology. This venting, hidden under the removable grilles, extends and strengthens the speaker’s lower-midrange performance for a seamless blend with the subwoofer output. The included 10-inch, 60-watt powered subwoofer with slot-load venting dramatically lessens turbulence, noise, and distortion, for precise, thunderous bass.

Position your speakers perfectly with swivel wall-mounting brackets with hidden wire channels. Also, the center channel speaker features a cradle that aims the speaker toward the listener, from above or below the TV. Threaded inserts on the back of the satellite and center speakers allow use of fully articulating brackets (sold separately).

The center channel speaker features dual, 3.5-inch mineral-filled polymer Dynamic Balance midrange drivers that produce clear, distortion-free midrange even at high volume levels. Each satellite speaker uses one of these drivers as well. Sweet highs and lifelike imaging are achieved thanks to the .75-inch Dynamic Balance silk/polymer-composite dome tweeter. Dynamic Balance technology produces flat frequency response, sharp detail, transparency and an ability to play program material with wide dynamic range at life-like volume levels without a hint of strain. The sound is always clean, clear and effortless.

All of the satellites feature five-way binding posts. Plus, they're magnetically shielded for safe placement near your state-of-the-art TV or video monitor with no risk of video distortion. The subwoofer has stereo line level (filtered) and single LFE (unfiltered) inputs plus speaker level inputs.

Received these speakers from Crutchfield.
Overall, great sound for the $$ and not bad looking either.
Also purchased the SA-2 matching stands which are made for these speakers.
Room size is about 20x15 with carpet and the sound fills the room appropriately.
The only complaint I would have is that the mount plates to connect to the stands or wall mount the speakers look cheap (made out of plastic that doesn't really match the speaker perfectly.)
The speakers are being driven by a Denon AVR-1905 receiver.
The speaker / receiver pair works well together to say the least.
