The Polk Audio RM6751 Satellite Speaker for RM6750, Titanium Finish (single) allows you to build an EX or ES surround sound system for 6.1, or 7.1 or more speakers. The integrated Power Port Bass Vent designed onto the back of this compact unit is the same technology used in full-sized Polk Audio speakers, and improves lower midrange response and all-important blending for a great performance at a reasonable price range. This integrated design reveals a midrange with no hole in the frequencies, for male vocals that are rich and full rather than thin and weak like many other systems.
The RM6751 utilizes a 3.25-inch polymer-composite cone driver that is lightweight and efficient for distortion-free midrange, and a high-performance 0.5-inch silk and polymer-composite dome tweeter for superior imaging and smooth highs. The integrated baffle and grille design allows maximum sound dispersion with minimum diffraction for superior imaging, while the mineral-filled polypropylene enclosure is non-resonant for great looks and natural sound. The RM6751 includes an integrated keyhole-slot wall mounting bracket for easy wall mounting with no extra brackets or wall mounts to buy, as well as a threaded insert that accepts popular articulating brackets (sold separately). This satellite speaker is magnetically shielded for safe placement next to TVs and video monitors without causing video distortion, comes in a sleek titanium finish, and measures 4.0625 x 5 x 6.5 inches (WxDxH).

Great sounding small speaker,

I bought 4 of them to use as side and rear surrounds in a 7.1 setup in a large 20x20 room. I haven't set them up yet in the large room because it's under construction but I have compared these speakers side by side to my existing Energy XL:16 bookshelf speakers (6.5" 2-ways) and when used with a subwoofer they are of comparable sound quality. Obviously they don't have as much bass but that isn't really expected in a small speaker. Overall I am impressed by the sound of these little speakers. I am happy with my purchase.

Received fairly quick, great add-on to my Polk 6150 set. Makes 7.1 surround on blu-ray player and onkyo receiver sound awesome !!!

Just like the ones in the set,

I bought the 5.1 system and needed one more speaker to make it 6.1. Polk likes to do the crossover in the subwoofer and it really seems to work well. This speaker became the middle back speaker. It looks just like the others in the kit. If I had not climbed the ladder, I would not have known which one it was.
I have really enjoyed my system since picking this system for the speakers. I was originally was looking at Bose, but decided against them because I was afraid they would not perform.
