I find this album to be a bit more engaging than the last album, Perimeters, though that also was a good album. That being said, this album has a bit more style and variety. Expect the good atmospheric ambient psy chill that you are used to with a nice mix of light beats and rhythms. Aes Dana has always been one of my favorite chill artists and this album definitely does not disappoint. Worth adding to your collection if you like nice psy-chill.

I'm a rookie to this genre of music, but I LOVE IT.

This and Asura are the soundtracks of my life.

As a 56 year old man, I don't have anyone of my generation to share this with.. a shame, but one that I can live with.

;-)

Go buy ALL of Aes Dana's and Asura's albums - YOU WILL LOVE EVERY DAMN SONG.

I do.

Aes Dana recursively provides an atmosphere of extended space and vastness. Distant sonic horizons rise and fall to a natural ebb and flow. I have found Pollen to be an excellent companion for any activity surrounding thought and contemplation.

I have to concur with tnerT that this album is more varied than Perimeters. Ultimately I'm ambivalent about it and I think both albums are great. I can listen to Pollen all the way through without any impulse to skip- a rarity for me.

Definitely a great buy if you're a psy-chill fan.
