Why American bathtubs and showers don't have these standard as in Europe, I will never understand. But it's easy to install this, and a telephone shower makes washing hair and body a lot easier. If you have a tub and have to sit to shower (if you are disabled or have a broken bone, for example) the telephone shower directs the spray and makes bathing possible.
