Polly Pocket 24 Piece Advent Calendar with Doll

This Polly Pocket advent calendar was just great! The Polly doll is adorable and everyday when they opened a door there were really cute ski and snow outfits or accessories. The clothes, being Polly Pockets, are so easy to put on and take off that I love my girls to play with these. I also bought the Polly Pocket Snow Hotel and Sleigh Ride for Christmas and they play with them all together. I am very happy with this purchase and will look for a Polly Pocket advent calendar again next Christmas.

My 7 year old daughter has enjoyed opening her polly pocket calendar each day. The back of the calendar shows the Polly Pocket doll with eight different winter outfits. Each day she gets a piece of an outfit. The pieces do not come in order of completing an outfit so she enjoys seeing how many more pieces she will need to complete an outfit.

My 6 year old loved this Advent Calendar! Polly was in the day 1 "window" and every day following we had another piece to add to her many outfits. I never had a problem getting her out of bed in the morning during Advent. The calendar was a great way to start the day.

I bought this Advent Calendar for my 3 year old niece and bought the Playmobil Knight's Dual Calendar for my 3 year old son.
My niece loves this set. It comes all put together so there is no set up (unlike the playmobil and leggo sets). On the first day, you get the Polly Pocket doll and then each of the next 23 days you get a new accessory.
No really tiny pieces to deal with so this is good for age 3 and up.
This was a big hit this year and is a great toy for the price!

We really enjoyed counting down the days to Christmas, my daughter was so excited to see what she was getting everyday!

My daughter who was just under 6 yrs old was able to know what day it was during the month as she opened each day. She enjoyed seeing what she was going to get each day for the polly.

I don't know why but it's hard to find good advent calendars, so this year I tried Amazon - great choices. My 7 year old daughter loves Polly Pockets, so this was the one I went for. It was very much as described, but I was disappointed that when you opened the stand on the back you could see straight through into where the polly pockets were. I had to keep my daughter away from the calendar or she would know what was coming next, thus spoiling the surprise.

What I can say. It brings a little Christmas tradition into a little girls life. She did get a bit impatient to get a whole outfit. But that is part of the learning process.

This s a great advent calendar. My seven-year-old looked forward to opening each door each day and finding new clothes for her new doll. My only complaints are that the little doors were hard to open, the packaging has no storage value and these littel pieces are easy to loose, but I'm not sorry I bought this toy.

After seeing one of these on a visit to the US in November, I had to make a purchase.My wife is forever complaining about the usual chocolate calendars that I buy for my children at this time of the year. I have a 4 year old who was totally amazed at the contents of the calendar. Every day there was excitement over which piece of clothing or fashion accessory would be found inside the box and an anticipation of what will come the next day.This will not rot childrens teeth and will bring a smile to their faces 24 days on the trot.Its a superb buy and something I will purchase annually while they remain pollypcket fans!.
