I have never written a review but when I did Polly search on Amazon and saw how low this was scored, I was inclined to write so that others do not get discouraged by the other reviews.

First of all, I knew from the start that this was a toy that needed to be stationary. Its great that it folds up but come on, we all know that its totally unrealistic to think that a child could reasemble this. So, just go in knowing that it will need a set home while your child is interested.

I found assembly to be simple. We assembled it in bed one night, just my 5 year old an I. We superglued on several of the pieces that really didnt need to come off. That really helped alot.

Every little girl that has visited has loved it and we have had no trouble with it falling apart. Everything that is supposed to work, works.

It comes with tons of cute stuff. Several outfits, a polly, the helicopter. I think its a great value, esp with the dollars off. I paid 10 bucks more than its offered today and I still think it was worth it. I highly recommend.

I bought this for my 3 and 6 year old using Mattel $ from returning recalled Polly's. The girls and I wish

we had picked something different! The helicopter pad gets stuck. The fashion runway gets stuck. When you try and fix the problems the cheap, uneven shelves (floors) tip and everything falls off. One side of the plane

continually falls off. The girls want to play with it but get frustrated and quit. Now it just sits on a shelf!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Plane falls apart - one side will not stay on, wings fall off, walk way sticks. My 5 year old played with it once, or I should say tried to play with it, but got so frustated with everything constantly breaking that she refuses to play with it again and we have only had it 1 month. A piece of crap!

My daughters LOVE Polly Pocket anything (4 and 8). My daughter just had a birthday and received this toy. I knew others had posted problems/issues but thought my daughter loves Polly toys so much she would overlook the flaws (as she has in the past with other Polly toys). But she even said she "is very SAD that it looked like so much fun on TV but it isn't and falls apart..." I would follow the other reviews, if you have bought this (it was on sale last week at Target) I would return it now. It doesn't stay together (worse than other Polly items) and overall has poor design-not much fun. And my daughter was upset the clothes were magnetic. She also received the race to the mall set and didn't really have any negative things to say. This toy is just an overall disappointment.

It was my daughter (7-yrs) who (really, really, really, pls!) wanted this in exchange for her recalled Polly-Pocket. She was frustrated at first with having to assemble the product. The instructions it came with is difficult to understand even for an adult, and it did take a while to snap in the parts properly. But after we figured it out, it was pretty cool. The best part is turning the wheel to make Polly 'walk' down the runway (great 'walking' legs motion!) make a turnaround, and walk back to the other end. I'm giving it 4-stars, because I think it's way better than her previous Rockin' Theme Park Polly.

(Written by my 7.5 yr old daughter):Polly pockets cannot travel in this jet because the floors that the seats are on have to fold up to close the jet. And helipad keeps falling off. The food trays come off very easily from the seats.

I bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas. It has been a very big disappointment and has only been played with about 3 times. She cannot play with it without my help. The side of the plane keeps coming off. We cannot get the doll up the elevator and onto the runway. The elevator sticks at the top and I have to do it for her. I get frustrated with this toy and so does she. I would like to throw it through the window. Not worth the money at all.

My daughter (5 years) begged and pleaded for the Polly Jet for Christmas. I wasn't sure as I had seen it as high as $69. Then I saw it on sale for $29 and thought "what the heck". Boy am I glad I got this! She has had SO much fun with this toy! Sure, the pieces are small but it's not intended for real young kids. It's not the sturdiest toy ever as it's made of plastic...but it is SO cool! All the little "rooms" and accessories encourage wonderful imagination and play! My daughter has spent hours upon hours playing with the jet. We've even brought it to Grandparents' houses for her to play with (it folds up nice and everything fits inside).

Great toy! Although I'm glad I got it for $29...still think $69 is WAY too expensive for a kids toy

This was a gift for my 3 year old and after much deliberation after reading other reviews I bought it. I am so glad that I did. She really loves it. It's true that it's not very durable but if she is careful with it it's fine. We have a rule that she has to ask for help to set it up and then it stays where we put it until it gets put away. It's not easy for a child to set up and take down, that's for sure. I can see how things would get broken real easily if there are no rules in place. All of the accessories are great too! The only complaint she had was that it only came with one Polly. I would definitely recommend this for someone who wants to take some care in handling it.

My girlfriend's daughter tore the paper off this toy, gasped and sat in stunned silence for a minute with a huge grin on her face. She didn't want to go to Grandma's, she wanted to stay with Polly Pocket. Mom and Dad were delighted and we didn't see any potentially dangerous small parts. Appropriate for a 5 year old.
