I purchased this as a small travel toy to keep my 2 year old entertain on a 4 hour flight.
She absolutely loved dressing and undressing the little dolls.
As long as you are next to a toddler the small pieces are nothing to be concerned about. I would not leave my child unattended with these dolls though because they are intended for older children.
